Yes, we do, although we ask for a little patience as we are a small business with limited resources. This only means our reaction time to your request may not be as quick as you would like. Additionally, our support team hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm eastern standard time. Any request submitted after those hours will be addressed or answered by the next business day.
Do you have a customer support phone number?
At this time, we do not offer phone support. We hope to offer that in the future.
Is your payment processing system secure?
Absolutely! We use Stripe as our payment processor. They are a very large processing platform that has been around for a long time and one many people and businesses worldwide use on a daily basis. Their system is secure and they process just about every credit / debit card available.
Do you use PayPal?
No, we do not. We use the Parallel Economy payment platform instead. Understand that most of our transactions are processed through Stripe, but we do offer the Parallel Economy payment processor as an option. And yes, it is as safe as Stripe.
When will my refund by processed?
We process refunds as quickly as possible. Know that we take your refund request seriously and will process that refund asap. Also, understand that your refund could take a few days to show up in your account because each payment platform and processor processes those requests in different timeframes. And the refund will go back to the credit card you used to purchase the membership. Finally, we DO NOT offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
